All hair is professionally washed and prepared by hand to ensure a clean, soft, and ready-to-install experience.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–14 business days, depending on texture, length, and availability.

Specialty Textures & Colors

Premium textures such as 4B/4C Afro Kinky Curly and custom colors (27, 30, 613, etc.) may require 7–15 business days or 3-4 weeks for processing. Some orders may be completed sooner based on availability kinky straight and kinky curly It’s not included in this 3 to 4 week process processing( can get Kinky curly and kinky straight same day , next day or 5-7 days)

Same-Day / Express (Limited)

Select orders may qualify for same-day preparation (3–7 hours) based on availability. This is a limited, premium service and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Time

Once processing is complete, shipping takes 2–4 business days.

All orders are quality checked before shipment. All order are FINAL SELL . Orders are inspected before shipping/ picked up 

Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
